  Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Pay: $24.00 per hour

Maintain kitchen work areas, keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly, and support overall sanitation and safety throughout the food service environment.

• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house set‑up
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and product
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Previous dishwashing, porter, and inventory control experience is required. Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
