Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support all maintenance activities across the community, including make-ready and routine repairs. You will respond to resident requests, work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
The role requires daily onsite presence, on-call duties, and adherence to EPA/OSHA standards; you’ll help maintain grounds and common areas while delivering excellent customer service.
