Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:- Leading and supervising front‑line maintenance employees to ensure safe and effective execution of maintenance activities.
- Supporting daily maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
- Coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring work schedules, resource allocation, and maintenance priorities to meet operational requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve asset performance.
- Identifying operational issues and implementing effective corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
- Managing activities within established budgets and contributing to efficient use of resources.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting employee development through coaching, performance management, and skills development initiatives.
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Have experience leading or supervising employees within a manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Have the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
- Have strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Have experience supporting maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational performance.
- Have fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
