Pay range: $20.35 - $29.10;
Shift pay: $2.00 or $3.00 shift differential and skill based pay progression.

• Unload and wash all trailers and reefers, monitor cookers and soap, and wash all areas of the plant.
• Drive yard truck to transport trailers and reefers on the yard and load finished product.
• Check lubrication on machinery, change oil and belts on gear boxes, perform equipment PM and auger inspections while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean work area by use of soap and high-pressure water hose with 30 pounds of pressure or more.
• Operate forklift or skid‑steer loader (certification required).
• Use basic hand tools and perform basic mechanical and maintenance skills such as mechanical troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, wiring, motor controls, and conveyor maintenance.
• Read and understand policies, procedures and regulations.
• Document information.
• Communicate with others written and verbally.

• Must have a current Arkansas Driver’s License and pass Tyson Yard/Lot Driver Assessment.
• Must stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds, shovel, climb stairs and ladders up to 30 feet, bend, stretch, reach, work in extreme hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors.
• Must have 1 year mechanical/maintenance skills and experience listed in work history or skills section on application.
• Must be willing to work shift A, B, C, or
  
  D.

• Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days; if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
• Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.

• A Crew – Sunday – Tuesday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.;
  Wednesday 6:00 a.m. – 12 noon
• B Crew – Sunday – Tuesday 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.;
  Wednesday 6:00 p.m. – 12 midnight
• C Crew – Wednesday 12 noon – 6:00 p.m., Thursday – Saturday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• D Crew – Wednesday 12 midnight – 6:00 a.m., Thursday – Saturday 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
