Kitting D Shift – Friday‑Sunday 6am‑6pm

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight, managing shipping documents and records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenish orders for critical spare parts at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area in accordance with 5S standards.
• Frequently push, pull, and lift during the workday.

• Adhere daily to safety and process procedures.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Flexibility and cross‑training in multiple datacenter departments.
• Effective delegation and coaching skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Experience with computers, electrical safety, static discharge protocols, and the ability to work with live electrical equipment and components.

3–5 years of related experience; ability to perform all essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Must pass all required background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests.
