Janitorial Supervisor

* We are seeking a  
** Janitorial Supervisor
** to oversee cleaning operations at an education facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing janitorial staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

** Pay: $22 per hour*

** Responsibilities*
* + Assist with the training of the cleaning team.

+ Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.

+ Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.

+ Report work orders for maintenance.

+ Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.

+ Complete order forms completely and accurately.

+ Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.

+ Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.

+ Maintain daily shift report for managers.

+ Perform basic administrative, payroll and Attendance functions (as required).

+ Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels.

+ Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.

+ Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.

+ Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered.

+ Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.

+ Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy.

+ Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

** Qualifications*
* + Good communication skills both written and verbal.

+ Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience is preferred and required.

+ Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff.
