Clarendale Clayton is recruiting for a hospitality focused experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community.
Salary: Starts at $25.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time opportunity, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends

Responsible for assistance in maintaining aspects of the physical plant. Conducting, under supervisor direction, preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs; maintains safe working environment and assists other department employees as needed.
Essential Job Functions- Personal computer
- General equipment: printer, scanner, fax machine, copier, telephone, calculator, cell phone, assessment tools (i.e. medical equipment)
- Rotohammer, table and band saw, welder (3 kinds), hoist, pullers, assorted hand tools, laminate trimmers/routers, pneumatic tools, drills, saws (chop, table, circular, worm drive, band and jig), HVAC test equipment, drill press, and grinder.
- Lifts and carries up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Pushes and pulls up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Climbs, reaches, bends and twists frequently
- Stands and walks frequently
- Medium work – exerts up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 30 lbs. amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
