Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness areas, meeting rooms, offices, laundry rooms, storage rooms, and outdoor spaces.;
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, clean glass and mirrors, remove trash and recycling, and ensure all areas meet community cleanliness standards.;
Clean, sanitize, and restock public restrooms and common areas.;
Assist with apartment turnovers, guest suite cleaning, and scheduled deep cleaning projects.;
Support housekeeping and operations teams with room setups, furniture moves, special projects, and community events.
