About Our Family
We are a busy family of four in Clayton, about 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Both parents own their own business, with one working outside the home and the other managing her company from home full time. Our children are 2.5 and 13 months, and we also have a beloved 9‑year‑old 50‑pound Aussie/pointer mix dog.
Our goal is to find someone who can help manage the details of daily life—inventory management, laundry, light meal prep, organization, and general household support—allowing us more mental space to focus on our careers and spend quality time together as a family.
Who You Are/ What We're Looking For
You are a reliable, detail-oriented person who thrives on organization and takes pride in maintaining a well-run home. You enjoy working in a busy family environment where you can provide structure by managing household needs and logistics. While this is not a childcare role, you like children and understand that as ours grow and change, our needs might evolve. You are willing to jump in where asked and consider yourself a team player.
You are someone who notices when something needs attention and addresses it without being asked. You are friendly and value building a long‑term relationship while maintaining professionalism—you are someone who can read the room, engage in light conversation when appropriate, and maintain clear boundaries.
