Salary: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Employment:
Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 40 hrs) with On-Call Rotation
At Conifer Realty, a Maintenance Supervisor leads a team that keeps affordable housing communities safe, comfortable, and thriving. The role includes overseeing repairs, managing work orders, coordinating with the Community Manager, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Lead and train maintenance staff to uphold Conifer’s quality and safety standards.
- Manage work orders, make‑ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
- Assist with repairs, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks when needed.
- 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
- HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
- Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
- Reliable transportation and ability to respond within 30 minutes for on‑call emergencies.
- High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
- Lead and train maintenance staff.
- Manage work orders and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate budgets and inspections.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist with repairs and groundskeeping as needed.

Work Schedule RequirementsEmployees may be scheduled for Saturdays, weekends, and other business‑need shifts. Weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and may include leasing support, resident engagement, and rent collection. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and property performance.
