What You’ll DoAs our Janitorial Site Supervisor
, you will lead our evening team and keep our Clayton facility sparkling clean.
- Serve as the lead Cleaning Supervisor
, training, motivating, and supporting your 2nd shift team. - Inspect work areas daily to maintain high quality and safety standards.
- Act as the key Custodial Lead on-site, communicating directly with site management.
- Manage cleaning inventory, supplies, and nightly schedules.
- Proven experience as a Janitorial Site Supervisor or Cleaning Supervisor.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
