We’re hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. Never done this kind of work before? That’s totally fine—we’ll train you and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.

• Start your day by checking in with your supervisor and teammates to review the cleaning plan for the day.
• Gather your cleaning supplies—mops, brooms, vacuums, disinfectants—and load up if needed.
• Get started in your assigned area by:
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming the floors
  • Taking out the trash and putting in fresh bags
  • Cleaning restrooms, refilling supplies, and wiping down tables, chairs, doors, and more
  • Dusting furniture, shelves, and vents
  • Wiping windows, mirrors, and glass doors
• Before finishing your shift, walk through the area one last time to ensure everything looks clean and neat.
• Return tools and supplies to the storage area and get ready for tomorrow.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout your shift.
• Repetitive motions such as mopping, sweeping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling cleaning equipment and supplies up to 25‑30 pounds regularly.
• Navigating stairs, ramps, or uneven flooring safely while carrying tools or supplies.
• Work is primarily indoors in commercial buildings with varying temperature and lighting.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and solvents—training and PPE are provided.
• Possible exposure to dust, dirt, allergens, and other typical indoor environmental factors.
• May encounter biohazardous materials or bodily fluids—proper safety protocols and PPE in place.
• Working in confined or awkward spaces such as under sinks, behind furniture, or inside equipment areas may be required.
• Noise from vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and other cleaning machinery may occur; hearing protection is available when necessary.
