Here are some skills we are looking for in our Maintenance Technicians:
- General computer knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge and technical skills in plumbing, electrical, wall, and appliance repair. (Preferred but not required)
- Groundskeeping and multifamily/apartment maintenance experience. (Preferred but not required)
