Adventist Health System - 15230 Lakeshore Drive - Responsibilities:
Accomplishes the completion of work orders and projects from inception to completion;
Maintains and services the hospital's utilities, equipment, buildings and grounds;
Assists with patient watches, all emergency code responses, and general hospital security;
Documents all preventive and corrective maintenance work orders completed noting work performed, date, supplies and equipment used, etc., using all required forms of documentation;
Monitors and maintains a routine preventative maintenance program for the physical plant and related equipment
