Are you ready to play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? At PDS Tech Commercial , we’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our client Honeywell in Clearwater, FL.

PDS Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our Clearwater team. In this role, you will confirm and record incoming shipments, prepare items for induction, and assist with loading/unloading trucks. You’ll also manage inter‑departmental material transport and ensure accurate documentation for shipping and receiving activities.

• $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
• $1,000 at 60 days
• $1,000 at 90 days

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• Verify and record receipt of shipments
• Prepare items for induction and assist with truck loading/unloading
• Report damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping
• Complete shipping and receiving reports
• Coordinate material transport between departments

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and industry practices
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs (without significant repetition)
• Comfortable with moderate exposure to machinery and physical risks

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
