The Oaks of Clearwater is seeking a Full‑Time Maintenance Tech/HVAC for our Senior Living Community in downtown Clearwater, FL. The 15‑acre campus is on a bluff overlooking Clearwater Bay and includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and a 60‑bed Rehab Center. This position focuses on the Assisted Living & Memory Care areas.

• Maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems, evaporative coolers, electrical/mechanical controls, kitchen appliances, and general plumbing throughout the assigned facility.
• Ensure apartment move‑in readiness and appliance maintenance.

• Experience in a residential environment, preferably a full‑service Senior Living Community.
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial appliances, and apartment make‑ready work.
• Outstanding care and compassion for elderly residents.
• Highly motivated with strong multitasking skills.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, patient, and compassionate.
