Schedule The work schedule for this position is Wednesday through Sunday 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., off on Monday and Tuesday. Subject to change.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following statements describe the principal functions of this position and the scope of responsibility but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements. Proficiency in safely handling hazardous materials as necessary
Report any damage or unsafe conditions to the Senior Facilities Manager Correct unsafe or life safety issues immediately, if safe to do soWork to resolve conflicts that may arise with residents or staff. Escalate when necessary
Observe Activity Centers and parking lot areas for safety and cleanliness throughout the entire shift
General maintenance and repair duties of buildings both inside and outside as assign
Ensure that residents have proper use facilities
Event Set Ups and take down Pressure washing as needed
In addition to the responsibilities described above, the role includes other responsibilities or special projects and duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, based upon department or company needs or requirements
Responsible for compliance to company policies and directives
Professional manner, discretion, and appearance are expected
Reports any incident or accident immediately to their supervisor
Well organized, ability to multi-task, efficient
Punctuality and Attendance are significant job reliabilities
Maintain clean and orderly work environment
Position requires the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Willingness to assist team members when requested.
Working Conditions The working conditions described are typical of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. For example:
Exposure to heights, heat, cold, other weather conditions, various living environments and foliage
Must be able to manage multiple priorities
May be required to work a flexible schedule
Must wear protective clothing when required
Physical Requirements Physical demands are those of a property management site environment. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to frequently reach with hands and arms, reach overhead, bend, and climb stairs, balance, push, pull, walk or stand. The Maintenance Lead will occasionally be required to sit, squat, crawl and stoop. This position may be required to lift, push or pull up to fifty pounds.
In addition, this position will frequently be required to push, pull, and twist bend, handle, or feel. Vision requirements are close, distance, color, hearing and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The Maintenance Lead requires constant talking with team members and the ability to receive and communicate instructions verbally and in writing. This position will occasionally be required to interact with residents.

None Qualifications (Education, Experience, Technical Skills)
Minimum High School Diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bi-lingual helpful
Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
Minimum of 4 years of experience in property maintenance and repair
Technical Requirements:
Ability to calculate, add, subtract, multiple and divide quantities and measurements
Certifications, Licenses, and
Special Requirements :
Current valid Florida driver’s license is mandatory with acceptable driving history
Must pass a background check and drug screen
