Description
Hall Keen Management has an opening for a full‑time Porter position to assist in maintenance duties at Palmetto on West, Clearwater, FL. Hours are Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning of common areas, dumpster areas, and grounds
- Cleaning of vacant apartments
- Daily paper pickup
- Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting areas
- Customer service and good communication skills
- Good work ethic
- Self‑starter
- Ability to complete work with little supervision
