B. Miller Medical Center - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Supervisor in planning and performing preventive maintenance on all buildings and equipment;
Repair buildings and equipment as needed due to failure or routine deterioration;
Take immediate action on safety issues within the facility to ensure resident and staff safety;
Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor that cannot be repaired by Maintenance Department;
Inspect electrical equipment yearly for safety and compliance with hospital standards, state licensing and TJC
