Senior HVAC Technician

Pay: $30/hr - $35/hr + Bonuses + Company Truck & Excellent Benefits Senior HVAC Technician - Clearwater, FL

Scheduling and coordination of service jobs on a day‑to‑day basis on dispatch software with the office manager (provide input to the office manager for scheduling as needed). Provide accurate related financial and logistical information (invoices, etc.) to the office manager. HVAC and refrigeration technician duties as needed: take care of calls in the field, assist with system installs or change‑outs, answer customer phone calls and inquiries as necessary (first customer contact with the front office, but calls forwarded as needed).

Need to be available for extended hours on‑call coverage for service calls as needed (typically rotation, evenings and weekends, not 24/7). Perform any and all other service items within the company. This role reports to the General Manager and the Office Manager.

• Schedule and coordinate daily service jobs using dispatch software.
• Provide accurate financial and logistical information (invoices, etc.) to the office manager.
• Perform HVAC and refrigeration technician duties, including field calls.
• Assist with system installations or change‑outs.
• Answer customer phone calls and inquiries.
• Provide extended hours on‑call coverage (rotation, evenings, weekends).
• Handle any other service items as required by the company.
• Report to the General Manager and Office Manager.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a service technician.
• Experience with commercial and residential HVAC applications.
• Experience with light refrigeration (optional, but desired).
• Proficiency using computer applications (dispatch software, smartphone, etc.).
• Strong people‑management soft skills to create a positive work environment.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
