Handyman, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Hi! We have a Handyman position available in Clearwater, FL
.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
Position: Temp-to-Perm
Work Environment: Outdoor work
Plumbing experience is required
, including:

• Replacing faucets and toilets
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks
• Operating sewer augers

Other responsibilities include:

• Basic electrical work (replacing outlets and light fixtures, understanding GFCIs, breakers, and basic wiring)
• Grounds maintenance (mowing lawns, removing weeds, planting flowers, picking up trash, and keeping the property clean)
• General maintenance and apartment turnover tasks
