Position

Housekeeper

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning of the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds
  • Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in and assist with the make-ready process under the supervision of the Community Manager
  • Maintain cleanliness of community offices, amenities, and other facilities
  • Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
  • Follow Asset Living key policies and report any violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
  • Use resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the Community Manager
  • Provide excellent customer and resident relations, monitor service request turnaround, and maintain a favorable image of the community
  • Enforce policies delegated by the immediate supervisor
Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry
  • Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and other structures; move and position self in various environments; stand or sit for prolonged periods; communicate effectively
  • Lift and place objects up to 25 lbs; may require overtime, weekends, and night hours for emergencies; exposure to hazardous chemicals
  • Occasionally work in overhead positions; reach or move objects up to 25 lbs; operate machinery, power tools, and vehicles; work in extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions

Salary and benefits information is provided as part of the total rewards package and may include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, commissions and performance bonuses where applicable, and paid sick days and company holidays for full-time employees.

Salary

$21 per hour to $23 per hour
