Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities within our communities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality care.

Starting pay for this position is $14.75 an hour. The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Start and End times are flexible based on needs of the community. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• Utilize CMMS for tracking work orders and managing maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
• Assist in supervising maintenance staff as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory of supplies.
