We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cityview Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities within our communities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality care.
Compensation & ScheduleStarting pay for this position is $14.75 an hour. The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8‑hour shifts a week. Start and end times are flexible based on needs of the community. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
- Utilize CMMS for tracking work orders and managing maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in supervising maintenance staff as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory of supplies.
