Immaculate Management Group is seeking experienced General Cleaning Supervisors to lead commercial cleaning teams and ensure high operational standards across assigned facilities. We are looking for dependable leaders who can manage people, maintain quality, and keep sites running smoothly.

The General Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, assigning staff duties, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with site standards, and serving as the on-site point of coordination between cleaning teams, clients, and management.

• Assign daily cleaning schedules and clearly communicate task expectations to team members
• Verify completion of all assigned work and ensure tasks meet company and client quality standards
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs and inspections to identify missed areas or service gaps
• Immediately correct deficiencies and retrain staff when standards are not met
• Train new hires and coach existing staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and workflow efficiency
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping accuracy for assigned team members
• Track cleaning supplies and report shortages or ordering needs promptly
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding site issues, updates, or service requests
• Document incidents, performance concerns, and operational notes using company-approved systems or apps

• 2–5 years of commercial or facility cleaning experience (REQUIRED)
• Previous supervisor, team lead, or shift leadership experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage cleaning crews in commercial environments such as offices, healthcare, schools, residential facilities, or industrial sites

• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce cleaning standards consistently
• Ability to lead teams, resolve on-site issues, and maintain professional conduct
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for communication, reporting, and documentation
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
