Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $27-29/HR

Hours:

M-F 8am - 5pm, some potential OT

Location:

950 Main Ave, Cleveland OH

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

19 story office building in downtown Cleveland
Lots of potential for client interaction
Professional attitude and good customer service required
Candidate will be provided with a parking pass to park in the parking garage at no charge

Team Overview:

Candidate will be working as part of a team and independently

Resource's typical working day:

Responding to work orders
Moving office furniture
Light plumbing
Changing light bulbs
General building maintenance

Licenses/Certifications:

None required, but any applicable licenses are a bonus

Must Have

Skills:

Basic plumbing
Basic electrical
Basic carpentry
Drywall patching/painting

Nice to have skills:
Any advanced general maintenance skills

Soft Skills:

Reliability
Problem solving/ critical thinking skills

Education
H.S diploma or GED, any applicable certifications are a plus
