Maintenance Manager | Cleveland

AT&F builds large complex fabrications for submarines.

• Work Order Management – receive, prioritize, schedule Maintenance Work Orders and track progress
• Develop and maintain PM schedules, track progress, and effectiveness
• Maintain an accurate inventory of critical spare parts
• Coordinate with purchasing for the ordering of parts
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors for reasonable pricing and ensure the scope of the work is correct
• Communicate priorities, delays, updates, and completion of work orders to the maintenance team and the operations team
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and downtime
• Establish and maintain the correct scorecard measurables for each quarter
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe manner
• Support root‑cause analysis of safety incidents
• Utilize the Upkeep Maintenance Management System to manage work orders and assets
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for the maintenance team
• Support capital projects and equipment installations
• Other duties as needed

• Education or practical experience in a technical / engineering / manufacturing field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to effectively manage priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and understanding of hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems

Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000 per year.
