We are expanding our network and looking for dependable Cleaning Contractors to support both new and ongoing projects. This role is ideal for independent professionals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and consistently deliver quality results.

• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean glass, entryways, and shared areas
• Follow site-specific cleaning routines and checklists
• Empty trash bins and replenish supplies as needed
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all workplace and site safety guidelines

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently while following clear instructions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own cleaning tools and supplies
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Workers’ Compensation coverage or willingness to obtain it if required
