Summary
Euclid Chemical is currently seeking a Dispenser IT Support Technician to manage and troubleshoot PC hardware/software, support dispensing equipment systems, provide remote and on‑site training, and handle warehouse duties. The role requires technical knowledge in Windows PCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems, along with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Ongoing PC Hardware & Software management, troubleshooting, and repair, including software licensing used in the dispensing equipment.
- Maintain & update system functional specifications, documentation, and drawings.
- Remote training of Dispenser Service Technicians on field installation, operation, and servicing of systems.
- Remote or travel to on‑site system pre‑commissioning, commissioning, customer training, and startup of dispensing equipment.
- Warehouse duties: shop maintenance, shipping, receiving, inventory stocking, and cleaning.
- Collaborate & coordinate activities with Euclid Chemical managers in Ohio.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certificate training in relevant areas is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with Windows-based PCs & networks.
- Knowledge or experience with industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge or experience with hand, power, and measuring tools.
- Knowledge or experience with mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and technical language normally found in equipment manuals.
- Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching (various heights), keyboarding, gross & fine manipulation, driving, stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing (ladders, ramps, stairs)
