Maintenance Technician, Progressive Field

* Delaware North Sport service is looking for a seasonal Maintenance Technician to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

** What will you do?*
* + Make minor repairs to equipment and appliances such as sinks, grills, coolers etc.

+ Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks

+ Perform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds

+ Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition

+ Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies

+ Maintain preventative maintenance on equipment

** More about you*
* + No high school diploma or GED required

+ Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facility required

+ Previous experience with heavy or agricultural machinery preferred

** Physical requirements*
* + Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Standing and walking 100% of the time

+ Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
