Shift supervisor, Maintenance​/Cleaning

We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time Shift Supervisor positions at Case Western Reserve University.

11473 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106.

Full‑time and part‑time schedules; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary. Further details will be provided during the interview.

$18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

• Provide training and create work schedules.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the primary contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
