Under the Site Supervisor's general supervision, the Custodian is primarily responsible for cleaning the center to promote health and safety. The Custodian must follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules, including, but not limited to, office areas, bathrooms, warehouse, storage areas, cafeteria, and entrances.

Follows and completes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule.

• Stripping and waxing floors and carpet cleaning.
• Collects all garbage and recyclables from the assigned locations and places them in the correct disposal dumpster.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and fixtures daily with germicidal solution.
• Cleans office areas and building entrances.
• Maintains the schedule of sweeps, vacuums, dust mop, and wet mop for restrooms, stairwells, elevators, office areas, and warehouses.
• Maintain housekeeping log according to daily schedule.
• Attends and participates in worksite safety and in-service training.

• You must have a driver's license and transportation.
• Must be able to comply with a criminal background check, including fingerprints and drug tests, as required by the company and the agency.
• Must be able to move through the work site physically.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, stoop, squat, lift, carry, and push.
• Wearing protective equipment, such as latex gloves, per OSHA regulations is required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• It may require Confined Space, Respirator physical training, and the ability to pass a physical exam.
