We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

M-F 5:30 p – 10:30 p

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
• Conduct custodial tasks such as dusting surfaces, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying trash bins.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide porter services as needed, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.

• Previous experience in residential painting, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and floor care techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.

• Able to pass background check
