Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician

The Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician will ensure the upkeep and functionality of both our internal and external facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks for four different facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation.
• Landscape and maintain outdoor spaces for residential, commercial facilities
• Residential and commercial painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively
• Lead projects related to facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Proficiency in residential painting techniques.

• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
• Knowledge of logic controllers and ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes.

• Ability to maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in optimal condition.
