Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Cleveland to support the Triangle Towers at Case Western Reserve University. You will assist in facility maintenance, renovation, and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, while presenting a professional, student‑oriented image.
You will participate in a 24‑hour on‑call schedule, respond to emergencies within 45 minutes, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across common areas.
