Maintenance Tech

Job Summary

Our clients busy manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support production by maintaining and repairing equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for minimizing downtime, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently.

• Perform routine maintenance on stamping presses, machinery, and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedule
• Inspect equipment for safety and operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with stamping presses is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
