Capstone On-Campus Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to support the Facilities Team at The Triangle Towers, Case Western Reserve University. The role requires 3–5 years of general maintenance experience and hands-on skills across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
You will participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule, handle preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean environment for students. Strong teamwork and safety-consciousness are essential.
