Maintenance Supervisor

Cargill is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, coordinate a team of technicians, and ensure minimal downtime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, managing CMMS work orders, enforcing strict safety and food-safety standards, and supporting capital and reliability projects.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS to drive continuous improvement, optimize maintenance processes, and support Cargill's commitment to safe, sustainable food production and operational excellence.
