MustHaves
- Safety shoes required
- 3–5 years of maintenance mechanic or related experience
- Experience with janitorial, light maintenance, or facility upkeep preferred
- Working knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Ability to safely use hand tools, maintenance equipment, and cleaning equipment
- Able to meet physical demands, including:
- Frequent walking and standing
- Bending and twisting
- Moderate to heavy lifting
- 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance mechanics or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic building systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, maintenance equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on diverse systems.
- Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Skills:
- Experience with janitorial, light maintenance, or facility upkeep.
- Certifications or training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, or fire safety.
- Knowledge of operating facility equipment such as bailers and cleaning machinery.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certificates or training in specialized trades highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Ability to work onsite at our Cleveland, Ohio location from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Safety shoes are mandatory.
- Physical ability to perform frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting (moderate to heavy).
