Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) seeks a Property Maintenance Technician to support the Facilities team at The Triangle Towers near Case Western Reserve University. You will handle general maintenance, renovations and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting projects, while presenting a friendly, student-focused image in all interactions.
This role requires a high school diploma, 3-5 years of maintenance experience, and familiarity with hand and power tools.
