Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator

Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems Aerospace division is currently seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86,000 - $90,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

This role requires working on-site M-F at our Euclid, OH manufacturing facility with typical work hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Eaton Corporation's Aerospace facility in Euclid, OH is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting the facility and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and quality standards are achieved to budget while driving for continuous improvement in all aspects of facility management.

• Support facilities team in ensuring preventative maintenance and inspections programs are established and documented.
• Responsible for maintenance parts and supplies ordering.
• Responsible for creating and closing maintenance work orders, creating PM templates, and providing periodic reporting.
• Assist with the development of preventative maintenance plans for new equipment.
• Support MESH elements (EHS) with responsibility as a lead.
• Hire and supervise outside contractors when necessary; issue all Eaton required permitting.
• Support facilities in asbestos and lighting surveys.
• Support facilities by developing maintenance‑related capital requests.
• Recommend measures to improve maintenance methods, design and performance of equipment and processes for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical related field from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• 1+ years of experience within a manufacturing or industrial related environment.
• This position will not be considered for immigration sponsorship (e.g., CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F‑1 to H‑1B, H‑1B cap registration, O‑1, E‑3, TN, I‑485). Candidates must not need sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Experience in the Aerospace or Automotive Industry.
• Experience creating and closing maintenance work orders, creating PM templates, and providing periodic reporting.
• Experience creating preventative maintenance plans for new manufacturing or industrial equipment.
• Previous experience hiring and supervising outside contractors and issuing all Eaton required permitting.

• Demonstrated project leadership experience.
• Ability to perform or lead basic troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Experience working on and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Persuasive communication skills.
