Perform general maintenance on a daily basis responding to resident requests through the established work order program, repairing plumbing, electrical and appliance issues.;
Conduct daily light bulb walk-around/inspection to ensure all public area light bulbs are operable.;
Perform general building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and kitchen equipment issues.;
Maintain organization of storage and equipment areas.;
Complete daily and assigned painting projects for all common and office areas.
