Maintenance Manager

Osprey Management seeks a Multi-Site MHC Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple manufactured housing communities. In this role, you'll lead preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, grounds, and infrastructure while ensuring safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction. You'll supervise technicians and vendors, manage work orders, budgets, and inventory, and coordinate closely with construction and property teams. Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across multiple residential construction sites, ensuring building systems, grounds, and infrastructure are safe and fully functional
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
• Supervise and develop on-site maintenance technicians and vendors, enforcing quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with project managers and property leaders to minimize downtime and disruption to residents and operations
• Oversee maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools, parts, and contracted services
• Implement and track work orders and maintenance programs using CMMS or similar systems
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety policies, conducting inspections and safety training
• Support capital improvement and renovation projects with technical input and field oversight
