** What you'll be doing as a Form Technician:*
* + Assemble, install, repair, and maintain forms and formwork equipment

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

+ Measure, cut, and fit materials according to specifications

+ Inspect forms for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity

+ Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipment

+ Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company guidelines

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed

** Available shifts:*
* Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

* Job requirements:

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

+ Previous construction, manufacturing, or formwork experience preferred

+ Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints

+ Experience using hand and power tools

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

+ Interview Required
