Maintenance Associate, 2nd Shift – First Interstate Properties
First Interstate Properties and Legacy Village are seeking multiple Maintenance Associates to support our operations team in maintaining First-Class Centers.
FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATES – 2ND SHIFT
LEGACY VILLAGE 25001 Cedar Rd, Lyndhurst, OH 44124
Second shift full-time opportunities available
Maintain overall cleanliness of the property and common area fixtures
Assist with snow removal and de-icing in winter
Perform other maintenance duties such as power washing, light painting, and inspections as needed
Support event setup and teardown
Provide friendly and helpful customer service while on-site
