Position Summary

The Corporate Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout Arrow’s corporate office and shared spaces. This role will support daily cleaning needs, restroom maintenance, waste removal, floor care, and general upkeep of office and common areas.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming workplace for employees, visitors, and guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Dust furniture, office areas, and common spaces.
• Empty wastebaskets and remove trash as needed.
• Clean restrooms and restock restroom supplies.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors throughout assigned areas, including office spaces, dining areas, and common areas.
• Wash windows and clean glass surfaces as needed.
• Polish glass, table surfaces, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment, and door handles.
• Vacuum elevators and clean stairwells, landings, and other shared areas.
• Dust ceiling light fixtures and perform spot cleaning as needed.
• Report damage, burned-out light bulbs, plumbing issues, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow all safety rules, company policies, and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of professional commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, staff, and leadership.
• Dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts consistently.
• Ability to work independently and manage cleaning responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Must be comfortable working in both corporate office and production-adjacent environments as needed.

• Must be able to perform regular cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, cleaning equipment, and supplies.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
