As a cleaner, the responsibility is to keep the premises of the building in a clean and orderly condition. Duties can be performed collectively, or a team member could perform just one duty in a building.
Duties Include:- Clean and polish (fixtures, surfaces, andtrim)
- Maintain the cleanliness of allareas
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Buff floors in some facilities asneeded
- Clean rugs andmats
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- Empty the trash and transport it to the correct disposal area
