Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair;
Repair or replace items such as light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall coverings, caulking, grouting;
Inspect guestrooms, public space and back-of-house areas to identify repairs or replacements;
Assist other departments with preventive maintenance program execution;
Maintain knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures
