Georgia‑Pacific, LLC is hiring a Reliability Manager at its Cleveland, TN Corrugated facility. The ideal candidate is a self‑driven individual with a passion for Safety, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, and Customer Focus.

What You Will Do
  • Foster a safe work environment, ensuring the maintenance team practices best safe work practices, and lead the identification and mitigation of all work hazards before jobs begin.
  • Develop and implement an effective predictive and preventive maintenance strategy for all facility assets.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders to ensure asset availability that best meets customer requirements.
  • Direct the supervision of all plant maintenance functions involving equipment, buildings, systems, and grounds, including hands‑on electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and corrugated box‑making troubleshooting.
  • Prioritize work orders for maximum value creation and asset uptime.
  • Coach, mentor, and assess team performance to increase optimal results.
  • Hold the team accountable for performance, including schedule adherence and quality of work (e.g., repairs, rebuilds, and installs performed precisely).
  • Lead and facilitate operational and cultural changes with positive results.
  • Account by managing monthly maintenance costs to meet planned spend goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing or industrial environment, or military leadership role.
  • Experience with financial analysis related to costs.
  • Experience utilizing a computerized maintenance management system.
  • Experience establishing and/or administering predictive and preventive maintenance programs and tracking results.
  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
  • Corrugated experience.
  • Experience working within a union environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of industrial electrical to include PLCs, drives, motors, and instrumentation.
  • Experience and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Continuous improvement experience and/or education.
  • Experience and knowledge of equipment servicing, planning/scheduling, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and plant/project engineering.
