Cleveland, TN Pay Rate: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour | Shift: 8 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday

The Fix-It Person:
Every Machine Needs Looking for Facility Helper jobs in Cleveland where your technical skills keep equipment operating at its best? This opportunity allows you to troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and help maintain the systems that keep production moving safely and efficiently.

High school diploma or GED required. Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Experience in painting, construction, facility maintenance, or a related field. Knowledge of drywall, framing, sheetrock repair, demolition, flooring, and general repairs. Ability to safely use hand and power tools.

• Perform interior and exterior painting, including proper surface preparation.
• Complete basic construction tasks such as drywall repair, demolition, framing, flooring, and minor carpentry.
• Conduct general facility maintenance, including cleaning, organizing, and repairing building structures.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as needed.
• Perform pressure washing and furniture assembly.
• Help relocate inventory and stockroom materials between facilities.
• Follow all company safety policies and workplace regulations.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift. Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures. Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.
